Alliance Group launches integrated township in Bangalore
Bangalore-based Alliance Group announced the launch of its mega ultra-modern integrated township near Electronic City in a phased manner.
The proposed township - El Dorado Park - to be spread over 275 acres of land will have 1100 premium villas and 200 row houses, ranging from 2400 sq.ft to 15,000 sq.ft. It will include an 18-hole executive golf course, a 150 room 5 star hotel, a mall with a four screen multiplex, tennis, squash and badminton courts, fully-equipped gym with a spa, lush green landscape with a large playground and parks. In the second phase it plans to offer 500 high-rise luxury apartments.
The project is expected to be completed in 30 months.
