Surely India is amongst the

Surely India is amongst the fastest growing economies in the world and tech cities like Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad are leading the way. Property prices in these cities are on the upper side as multinational companies look for set base here. As an increasing number of people comes to such cities for new job opportunities the real estate price would remain high. At the same time in the West because of the economic crisis real estate prices have fallen which makes it attractive to buy Hollywood Hills Houses and it can turn out to be a smart investments too.

Hyderabad is amongst the fastest growing tech cities in India and since India has become the outsourcing hub of the world so the real estate prices in Hyderabad are mainly driven by demand for space where companies can establish BPO and other things.

Land prices on outskirts likely to shoot up
Land price are set to rise in the 849 surrounding villages of the city with the formation of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). These villages were merged with the HMDA.Anticipating this, real estate players have already jacked up rates in some newly included areas of the HMDA. For instance, in Wargal mandal of Medak district about 50 km from the city the land price was Rs 1 lakh per acre until last year.
