The sudden surge in Property prices in and around Rajarhat has astounded and baffled many. Till a few years back it was almost a piece of wasteland. It was not well connected nor did it have the basic infrastructure to attract people to buy property there. However this place seems to be quite promising since the last few years’ .A number of large properties and building projects are mushrooming in and around the place developing it never the less. Moreover, CITY Centre 2 is also scheduled to come up near the VIP Road and Teghoria crossing. Real Estate agents are saying that Rajarhat is the Prime Property now in Kolkata. However my concern is I hope all this is not a mere bubble that will crash very soon?
