Even a few years before, Rajarhat was just another place on the outskirts of Kolkata. Neither was it accessible nor was it developed. Thanks to the Rajarhat Highway recently developed a few years back, the place seem to be buzzing. With The Sector V ( Kolkata’s IT Capital) conveniently placed on the other side of Rajarhat, It is the best place for call centre workers to book a flat. Moreover , its close vicinity to the Netaji Airport is another plus point. However, are all these factors really good enough for one to shell out Rs 3700-Rs 4000 per square feet. As in as a layman, if I am not working in the IT Sec and not a regular flyer then what good is it to me? Is it the right place to buy one’s flat ?
